Happy Mardi Gras!

Happy Mardi Gras! With my mother being from Trinidad and Tobago, Carnival has been a really fun part of my life! (I would love to post some of the amazing costumes that my mother used to wear back in the day, but I think she may kill me if I did.) Plus, I grew up in Michigan where we had a some of the best celebrations for Fat Tuesday of which we all ate the thousand calorie super fattening doughnut-like globs of deliciousness Packzis!! (pronounced Punch-keys)
